"I can't say enough about how much I recommend them. I spent the last two days spending hours on hold and being redirected for some reason trying to call all the other major auto insurance providers, only to have them never answer my main question and give me significantly higher quotes. I called this office and spoke with a real person very quickly. Jodi ended up actually listening to me so not only did she actually answer my question, but we didn't waste time with her giving me a bunch of info I didn't ask for, and the total cost was about 30% cheaper. Also, she wasn't pushy at all. She just identified my needs and addressed them. Seems like an obviously good way to treat prospective clients, but it's very rare and deserves to be appreciated. Honestly, for the service I'd have spent 30% more than the other quotes just because of how much i value good customer service, so saving money and still getting real service was a huge win."

"Talked With Steven and he set me up with an amazing plan. Stephen was super helpful and help me get insurance for my car. He also bundled me with renters insurance and gave me a great deal! Best experience, I’ve had with customer service over the phone in a while! "When purchasing my new home, State Farm was the only reasonably priced company that didn’t cost an arm and a leg for homeowner’s insurance. I had been a loyal customer of another company for years, but when I got a quote from them for my new home, it was ALMOST 4x higher than the policy I currently had with them.
