As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. - Manage client insurance accounts and update information.
- Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a State Farm office preferred.
- Property / Casualty license (must currently hold)
- Residents of Colorado preferred.
This is a remote position.
Compensation $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
